At Online Chics, your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns introduced during the pandemic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sunglasses or accessories once they have been worn or handled, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Sunglasses and accessories come in direct contact with the face, and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or restock items that have been tried on or touched. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

 


 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info@onlinechics.com] with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.
